Thin Mint Martini

Today we are indulging our sweet tooth with a wonderful dessert cocktail. The Thin Mint Martini is crafted to taste like the famous Girl Scout cookie flavor but with an added punch not fit for the kids. Craving something sweet? Give this drink a try.

Thin Mint Martini

In a shaker glass filled with ice add:

• 1 ½ Ounces Rumplemintz Peppermint Schnapps
• 2 Ounces Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
• ½ Ounce Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
• 1 ½ Ounces Half-and-Half

Shake until painfully cold, then shake a bit more.  Strain into a chilled Martini saucer, laced with chocolate syrup.
