The Bushwacker

Break out the blender for this Tiki inspired tropical treat from the 1970’s. The Bushwacker is a creamy cocktail that combines rum, coffee liqueur and cream of coconut into a drink that is somewhere between a Pina Colada and Mudslide. We like whipping up a batch after dinner but it is a worthy blender buddy for anytime your sweet tooth kicks in.   

The Bushwacker

In a blender filled with 1 cup of ice add:

• 2 Ounces Dark Rum (we used Myers’s)
• 1 Ounce Kahlúa
• 1 Ounce Dark Creme de Cacao
• 2 Ounces Whole Milk
• 1 Ounce Cream of Coconut

Blend till smooth and pour into a Hurricane glass.  Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
