Grapefruit Spritz

Mother’s Day is right around the corner, and we have the cocktail that will make mom feel extra special. Everybody likes a good Spritz and this version combines fresh grapefruit juice with Campari, white wine, and soda for a light, refreshing beverage, perfect for brunch or sipping in the sun. We serve it up in an oversized wine glass over ice and for good measure throw in a few raspberries to nibble as garnish.  

Grapefruit Spritz

In an oversized wine glass half filled with crushed ice add:

• 4 Ounces Light, Dry White Wine (New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc)
• 2 Ounces Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
• ½ Ounce Campari Aperitivo

Top with Club Soda, Stir to Combine Ingredients.  Toss in 3-4 Fresh Raspberries for Garnish.
